Council has received a development application 10.2017.280 .1 for Alterations and Additions to Existing Commercial Premises - Construction of Restaurant at Ground Level and Three (3) One (1) Bedroom Motel Units on the First Floor.
The applicant has submitted a planning agreement with the development application. The purpose of the planning agreement is for the developer to pay Council for the provision of public car parking.
Pursuant to section 91G(1) of the NSW Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979, the planning agreement is on public exhibition at Council's Mullumbimby offices for a minimum of 28 days from 22 June 2017 to 19 July 2017.
