The Development Application (DA) described above has been lodged with Byron Shire Council. The proposed development is Designated Development and Integrated Development. and the documents accompanying the application including the Environmental Impact Statement are to be exhibited from 29 June 2017 to 2 August 2017 (the public exhibition period) and may be inspected during ordinary office hours at:
- The Byron Shire Council Administration Building, Station Street, Mullumbimby between the hours of 8.30am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday (public holidays excluded), or on Council’s website at http://www.byron.nsw.gov.au/development-applications/on-exhibition ; and
- The Department of Planning & Environment’s Offices, located at 22-33 Bridge Street, Sydney, Monday to Friday (Public Holidays excluded), contact phone number (02) 9228 6333 or fax number (02) 9228 6555 or at 49 Victoria Street, Grafton, phone number (02) 6641 6600 or fax number (02) 6641 6601. The application will also be available for viewing on the NSW Department of Planning and Environment website at htttp://www.majorprojects.planning.nsw.gov.au
The Integrated Development Approvals that are required and the relevant approval bodies for those approvals are:
- NSW Rural Fire Service for approval under the Rural Fires Act 1997
- NSW Office of Water for approval under the Water Management Act 2000

It is your responsibility to ensure you meet your obligations to disclose reportable political donations and gifts. A failure to meet your obligations is an offence the penalty for which can include significant fines and/or imprisonment. Council strongly urges you to read the Guideline and satisfy yourself that you are complying with your disclosure obligations prior to lodging a submission. All Political Donations and Gifts Disclosure Statements will be public documents and all information contained in them will be available to the public and government agencies.
